Teams

Authors are invited to submit original unpublished manuscripts that demonstrate current research. Send your complete manuscript in pdf or postscript format to one of the program chairs by email, as an attached file. Incase it is impossible, you may send four copies of your work printed on A4 paper. The manuscript should be prepared in double space using 12 point size type and should not exceed 20 pages including figures and tables. Please note that the final version will be in two column IEEE style, strictly restricted to 6 pages. In the submission mail, or in the cover letter, the author(s) name(s) and affiliation(s) clearly specifying the contacting author, all authors postal and email addresses, phone and fax numbers, the abstract of the paper and 5 to 7 keywords. The review will be blind. Do not mention your name etc. in the main manuscript. Accepted papers must be presented at the conference.

Proposals are solicited for tutorial to be held at the conference. Interested individuals should submit a proposal by June 30,2003 to the Tutorial Chair. The proposal should include a brief description of the intended audience a lecture outline, and avita for each lecture.

In addition to the papers session , a poster session emphasizing proposal of new ideas on which work has yet to be finished, is arranged. This session is not necessarily for the students, but students are encouraged to participate. Posters will be set up in a Hall and the authors must be available for explanation and discussion. Please send a 5 page summary of your work to the Poster Chair by June 30, 2003
